The MENA ICT Forum 2016 will be held at the King Hussein Business Park in Amman, Jordan on November 9-10 with King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein. The two-day event will be organized by int@j.

Many technologies emerged and evolved rapidly. The MENA ICT Forum will shed light on how technologies disrupt industries and sectors, which are essential in the MENA’s economical regions.

What Will Take Place This Year

MENA ICT Forum will focus this year on how these industries are intensified and prompted by these cutting-edge technologies and their development.

This forum will transform conceptual ideas into practical applications. Also, a few important industries, such as education, healthcare, clean energy, transportation and logistics, commerce, financial services, media, and humanitarian causes, are impacted by Social Media, Mobility, Big Data, the Internet of Everything, Cloud Computing, 3D Printing, Wearable Technologies and Virtual Reality.

“Our aim is to empower regional organizations, whether private sector, public entities, or non-profits, to accomplish more and with less resources”, says Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, Chairman of int@j.

Not only will there be industry-focused discussion panels, but also the forum will feature ample opportunities to discuss growth opportunities for regional ICT companies.

Nidal Bitar, CEO of int@j comments “MENA ICT companies present plenty of talents and skills, but we collectively need more support and guidance from our governments to grow multi-billion dollar companies of which some might even trade publicly on global markets."
